On August 3, 2019, the men of Psi Alpha Alpha (PsiAA) Chapter, Third District, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. hosted our quarterly 5k Walk/Run at Robert E. Lee High School in Springfield, Va. The 5k was followed by the fellowship breakfast at Delia’s Pizzeria & Grill in Springfield, Va. This event was created to promote a healthy lifestyle for the brothers as well their families and friends.

Several brothers, to include their family and friends came out to participate, Everyone endured the heat and participated in several activities such as Flutter kicks, Push-ups, Jumping jacks, Bear crawl, high knees, and butt kicks (to name a few) and had great fellowship while improving their health. In total, over 30 miles were walked or ran by those participating in the event.

During the breakfast, everyone (brothers, family, and friends) enjoyed the fellowship as it gave them time to continue to develop, build, and strengthen their existing and budding new friendships. Behold how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.
